iTalkBB outlives sunrocket

In one of the previous posts, I mentioned a friend of mine who had chosen sunrocket over iTalkBB for their lower price. Now almost two months later, news has it that sunrocket ceased operations Monday, cutting off service to some 200,000 subscribers. Callers to its customer-service department were directed to a recording stating, "We are no longer taking customer-service or sales calls. Goodbye." It is widely believed that the company failed partly because it offerd too many features, like call-forwarding as iTalkBB offers as well, but with price too low to cover the operational cost.

iTalkBB on the other hand offers reasonably-priced packages. It finds good deals for the customers while maintaining a healthy bussiness operation for the company. I'll talk to my friend to see if he is interested in switching to iTalkBB. Of course, he will be welcome to use the promotion coupon 953110 to get further discount.

I believe from today on iTalkBB is not alive either. No one can make in or out calls any more.

Considering the author is soliciting referrals, I suggest a perspective customer to read my blog

which is more balanced.

Lingo is also present to help former SunRocket customers. As a satisfied customer of Lingo, I would strongly recommend all the SunRocket customers to go with a provider like Lingo. Lingo has fine international calling plans for business and home users. All their international calling plans are now packed with high end features such as online account management, free in-network calling, local number portability, universal phone number, emergency calling, toll free, 3 way calling and more. Their annual calling plan is available just for $195. Using Lingo’s international telephone number, anyone in Australia, Brazil, France, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Taiwan and the U.K can make calls to Lingo subscribers at local rates.
