The general quality of italkbb is OK. Occasionally the channel may experience some interference, and strong noises appear. However, this situation does not happen often.
Very bad service. Lot of the times the Chinese phone number (for people to call USA) changes without notice. The worst is that you can hardly cancel the service, their reps could spend hours tricking you into staying on "no use no fee" policy, then charge you various fees even you haven't use it for a long time!!
